Situation

Face à son obligation de contrôle de la conformité des entrepreneurs spécialisés qu’il contracte pour la réalisation de ses chantiers industriels et commerciaux, l’entrepreneur général Frare-Gallant de Laval avait recours aux services d’une tierce partie pour executer le travail. 

Ce service était très coûteux, tant pour les sous-traitants que pour l’entrepreneur général qui se faisait refacturer les coûts de services. De plus, le VP construction, Mario Bérubé, s’est rendu compte qu’une très grande majorité des sous-traitants étaient déjà responsabilisés et que les frais élevés couvraient des services redondants.

Ils ont donc cherché une solution logiciel qui leur permettrait de gérer directement la conformité des leur sous-traitants afin de réduire drastiquement les coûts.
