How do I log in to my NeXafe Passport?

  • From a computer or a mobile phone, use your browser (Chrome, Safari…) to go to nexafe.com
  • In the main menu, select Log in.
  • Click NeXafe Login.
  • The NeXafe Login window will open.
  • Enter your Email and Password
  • Click Log In
  • Bookmark the login page in your browser for direct access the next times.

How to add the information and document for a required item?

Click Passport in the left menu.

  • The list of Requirements appears in the second window.
  • Click the name of the Item that you want to update to open the updating window to add your information.
  • In the updating window:
  • In your list of Requirements, the dot of the item will now be yellow.
  • Once approved, the dot of the item will turn green, indicating the requirement is compliant.

How to add a non required item to my Passport?

Click Passport in the left menu.

  • The list of non-required items appears in the third window under Other Items.
  • Click the blue Add button to open the updating window to add your information.
  • In the updating window:
  • The item now appears in your Other Items list.
  • Contrary to a required item, other items don’t have to be approved and don’t carry a status level (red, yellow, and green dots).

How to see or share my public Passport?

The public Passport is a limited view of your full Passport that allows you to only show and share selected information.

Click Passport in the left menu.

  • At the right of the first window, click on the blue Public Profile button or scan the QR code using any smart phone

How to fill or update my personal information?

Click on your name in the top right corner of the window

In the dropdown menu, select 

  • Click the blue Edit button in the top right corner of the window (the color of the top margin of the windows will change from blue to yellow.
  • Complete your information and click the blue Save button in the top right corner of the window.
